Hello BK friends,
I hope that you are doing well, hanging in there, and finding moments of joy and peace. With everything that is going on right now, ( and life in general ) I have been finding so much comfort in turning on "Journal With Me" videos and writing in my journal. I find that just the mere act of writing and feeling the pen flow across the pages is therapeutic. It's comforting to know that I can write out my heart and thoughts, and the pages are there just to listen without judgment; like an old friend. Although the writing aspect has been the main focus in my journal lately, it wouldn't be Eunice's journal without adding a few of my current favorite stamps, stickers, or washi tape. I don't overthink it, and I allow myself to use what makes me happy without feeling any pressure. I hope you are also finding comfort in having your journal as a companion and letting the pages be there for you to explore your writing or creativity. Sending much love from my desk to yours.
