Shop Policy

PAYMENT 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, or regular account payments. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. 

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping & Handling fee includes shipping fee as well as in-studio handling fee. All efforts will be made to ship your item(s) in a timely manner with love and care. Shipping is estimated by the weight, size, and shipping address of the items and will be added to the total at checkout. Please note if the final shipping fee exceeds the initial shipping fee estimated at check out, we will be sending another invoice for additional shipping fee once we finalize your parcel. 

U.S. Domestic shipment // 

  1. Priority Shipping: Your order will be fulfilled ahead of other orders and we will be shipping your orders via USPS Priority Mail. 
  2. Standard Shipping: Your items will be fulfilled in chronological order. Depending on the volume of orders we are handling at the studio, your order could take longer to be shipped. If you need your order in rush, please kindly select "Priority Shipping" option. 

International // 

Depending on the destination countries, we are offering USPS International First-Class Mail and/or DHL Worldwide Express. For some countries (including EU and UK), we are only offering DHL Worldwide Express as the shipping option. 

USPS First-Class Mail for international shipment usually takes 1-2 weeks and sometimes up to 4-8 weeks depending on the destination country. If you require your item(s) quickly, please select DHL Worldwide Express as your shipping option. 

PLEASE NOTE: customers are liable to pay for any customs charges, duties or taxes charged to them by their country. We do not mark items as "gifts" and put the true value of the item so that if your item is lost or damaged, we can create a claim with the carrier service. 

The timeframes are estimates and it sometimes arrives sooner or takes longer depending on customs or the postal company in your country.

 

SHIPPING PREORDER ITEMS

We ship the pre-order item as soon as they become available. Please note that if your order contains both in-stock items as well as pre-order items, we will be shipping the entire order once pre-order items are available. 

 

CONDITION

Please read all the item descriptions carefully and note the comments on condition. All items are sold as is and we will do our best to describe and photograph everything accurately.

 

CUSTOM ORDER

We require pre-order payment for all custom order items and custom order items are not refundable or returnable.

 

REFUND

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us (unused and unopened) within 7 days of receiving it. We will refund the complete purchase price minus the cost of shipping. Please return the item(s) with the original invoice. 

When item is returned, we closely inspect the condition of the item. In order to receive full refund, the item needs to be unopened, unused, and clean. (no pet hair on the item, etc). 

Sales for all jewelries are final. 

 

DAMAGED CLAIMS ON SHIPPED ITEM

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately. (karma@baum-kuchen.net).

All damaged or defective items must be returned with the original invoice and in the condition in which you received it. Indicate on the back of the invoice, or in an attached letter, why you are returning the item(s). We will refund the complete purchase price.

 

SALES TAX

We collect California sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in California. Residents in other states and countries are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
