Hello, BK community. I hope your week is going well. I am sharing an update on the upcoming Truly Yours Customization Service schedule. Since Frido will not be available to work on the customization service through the summer, we will pause the process for a few months. Please take a look at the details below.
- We will pause receiving any incoming new orders after 4/30.
- The online consultation process can take up to a few weeks to complete, so please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you would like your customization done before the summer.
- Please email inquiries regarding customization to the email address trulyyours@bam-kuchen.net
- We will also pause the in-person consultation for customization during the period.
- We will announce the service's reopening when we are ready to take on projects again. Our current projection is late summer.
