Jen Herzig Smith and her artwork advocate the quiet yet strong voice of nature all around us. Her approach to connecting with the natural world stems from a place of gratitude, love, and care. She produces original ink and art with plants as a co-creator and seeks depth and meaning in the process of creating.

Here is what Jen shares about her "Toyon" postcard design,

"In the California chaparral, Toyon’s strong green leaves shine through with red branches like the reddish-brown of the Toyon ink that dances in this artwork."

The postcard is printed on papers that work with various pens, including your favorite fountain pens.

"Toyon" postcard is a part of the collaboration projects between Baum-kuchen and Jen Herzig Smith. If you would like to see the entire collection, please visit this link.
