I am so glad to share this journaling session with you. During the live video on Sunday, Emil mentioned the idea of "honoring one life we have." Interestingly, I jotted down this quote from Mary Oliver during the previous week, which I felt echoed his sentiment. So I decided to copy it to my journal page on MD Codex.
